The traditional Mise-a-la-masse method is very useful for finding the developing direction of the ore body. However, this method is very time and effort-consuming.
For example, as the figure showsd below, in order to measure 8*16 voltages for one position (AB), 128 current injections between AB are needed to measure MN voltages 128 times. This method is therefore very inefficient.
With the ZZ Universal 61 channel resistivity meter, only a few seconds are required to inject current ONCE between AB and to measure the 128 voltages simultaneously. This accelerates surveying time by a factor of at least ten, compared to conventional methods.
